Tuesday, April 15th
For employees arriving in Montreal on April 15th and staying either at the Delta Montréal or at the Delta Centre-Ville, you will receive your name tag while registering at the hotel.
Wednesday, April 16th
- For those who received their name tag on April 15th, don’t forget to bring it with you, it is your boarding pass for the mission!
- For those planning to arrive on the morning of the event, you must go to the registration desk at the Palais des congrès to get your name tag. Please note that you will need to have your Bell employee pass with you.
- During the two days of the activity, personnel will be on site to answer all your questions.
- An information booth will also be open on level 200 for the duration of the activity.
Coach service
Wednesday, April 16th
- 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. from the Delta Montréal and from the Delta Centre-Ville to the Palais des congrès
- 5:30 p.m. to midnight from the Palais des congrès to the two designated hotels.
Thursday, April 17th
- 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. from the Delta Montréal and from the Delta Centre-Ville to the Palais des congrès
Headsets
- Headsets will be available at the Palais des congrès to those who requested them when they registered. You can then pick up your headset at the Bell translation desk located on level 200. To ensure their return, your name tag will be scanned.
- You are responsible for your headset for the day.
- Your headset must be returned at the end of each day.
Parking
- The parking entrance for the Palais des congrès is located at 1025 Chéneville Street (just West of the 201 West Viger Avenue’s entrance).
- The Palais des congrès has 400 parking spaces. Parking cost is $15 per day (rate subject to change) payable by credit card or cash.
- You can also find parking in the lot at the Montréal's Quartier International (249 Saint-Antoine Street West).
Dress code
- The dress code for the event is business casual.
Luggage
- For Thursday, April 17th, arrangements have been made at the Palais des congrès to store your luggage in the cloakroom.
Smokers
- The Palais des congrès is a non smoking facility.
