Boarding pass
- The registration desks at the Palais des congrès will be open
at 11:00 a.m., in order to retrieve your name tag. It will be your mandatory boarding pass for the mission! Please note that you will need to have your Bell employee pass with you.
- Don't forget to bring your boarding pass on Thursday, April 17th to have access to the facilities.
Information
- During the activity, personnel will be on site to answer all your questions.
- An information booth will also be open on level 200 for the duration of the activity.
Shuttle service
Wednesday, April 16th
- A shuttle service will be available between the Palais des congrès, the Delta Montreal and the Delta Centre-Ville throughout the duration of the activity.
Thursday, April 17th

Headsets
- Headsets will be available at the Palais des congrès to those who requested them when they registered. You can then pick up your headset at the Bell translation desk located on level 200. To ensure their return, your boarding pass will be scanned.
- You are responsible for your headset for the day.
- Your headset must be returned at the end of each day.
Parking
- The parking entrance for the Palais des congrès is located at 1025 Chéneville Street (just West of the 201 West Viger Avenue’s entrance).
- The Palais des congrès has 400 parking spaces. Parking cost is $15 per day (rate subject to change) payable by credit card or cash.
- You can also find parking in the lot at the Montréal's Quartier International (249 Saint-Antoine Street West).
Dress code
- The dress code for the event is business casual.
Luggage
- For those staying in the two designated hotels for the event and arriving on April 16th, arrangements have been made to store your luggage until your room is ready.
- Arrangements have also been made at the Palais des congrès to store your luggage throughout the duration of the activity.
Smokers
- The Palais des congrès is a non smoking facility.
