VIA Rail
For participants who wish to travel by train, a special rate code was created with VIA Rail Canada and gives you a 10% discount applicable on the best available fare.
Note that you need to make your own reservation and you are responsible of the payment.

Reservation procedures

- Choose the language you want
- Click on “Create Profile” (located under the “SEARCH” icon in the middle of the page)
- Create a user name and password
- Fill in the contact information
- Click on “CREATE My Profile”
- Your profile has now been created
- On the left of the screen, please enter the information for your reservation
- Click on “TRAIN & FARE SEARCH”
- Select the departure and return schedules that suit you
- Click on “SELECT AND CONTINUE”
- Review the itinerary and train details
- Click on “BOOK NOW”
- Validate your contact information and select the ticket delivery method
- Click on “CONTINUE”
- Fill in the passenger information form
- Enter your reservation code in the “Discount Code” space and select “Corporate rate” in the “Discount Type” space
- Click on “CONTINUE”
- Make the payment
Air Canada
For participants who wish to travel by air, a special rate code was created with Air Canada and gives you a discounted rate on the best available fare.
Note that you need to make your own reservation and you are responsible of the payment.

- Fill out the form
- Enter the reservation code in the “Promotion Code”
- Click on “SEARCH”
- Select the desired departure and return flights
- Click on “CONTINUE”
- Select customization options, if desired
- Click on “NEXT”
- Review the itinerary and flight details
- Read the rules and conditions and check the “I have read the rules…” box
- Click on “Continue as a guest”
- Fill out the passenger information form
- Click on “CONTINUE”
- Complete the payment steps
- Click on “PURCHASE” to confirm your reservation
Accommodations
In order to centralize and to maximize the accommodation requests, effective immediately, the hotels will not accept any reservation request over the telephone. Only requests done by filling the following form will be treated. All the requests will be sent in blocks to the hotels and a confirmation will be sent to you on April 1st at the latest, which will indicate at which hotel you will be staying.
For people who have already made their reservations, they will be valid.
