Attractive airfares have been negotiated with Air Transat for members who wish to extend their stay. The tables below show applicable dates and destinations for flights originating or terminating in Montréal or Toronto. The fares include all taxes, but seating is subject to availability when booking. The charter flight will depart on Friday, May 16, returning on Wednesday, May 21. Scheduling details will be communicated to you shortly. For pre-trip flights, you are responsible for travel arrangements between the chosen destination and Dublin; for post-trip flights, you are responsible for travel arrangements between Dublin and the chosen destination. On the registration form, simply indicate your dates and destination city, and a travel consultant from the Aller-Retour agency will contact you to plan your trip.
All trip-extension costs will be paid for by members and charged to their personal credit card. Members who decide not to take the charter flight will not be compensated for the unused portion of the trip. Members will also be required to pay for the cost of travel medical insurance to cover any trip extension days. |
